In our own purpose-built and ESD-protected premises, which are adapted for the manufacture of electronics, we manufacture almost all of the electronics we develop. We specialize in production volumes of between 500 and 50,000 units per year, which makes us particularly suited to industries where quality and flexibility are more important than mass production. Our premises are fully ESD-protected and equipped for high-precision electronics production. We develop and manufacture the test rigs and test software used in our production ourselves, giving us total control over quality assurance. Thanks to our in-house expertise, we can tailor test equipment for each individual product, ensuring that function and quality meet your exact specifications – regardless of complexity or volume.
We have built our processes to be able to track every component throughout the entire production chain – from delivery to packaged and delivered end product.
With the help of internal systems, every batch and item is registered, enabling tracking at component level.
Why is this important? If, contrary to expectations, a faulty component is discovered in production, we can immediately identify exactly which products and deliveries have been affected and act accordingly. For example, it could be a component that the component manufacturer subsequently announces is faulty, a so-called call back, in which case we can see which products and deliveries have been affected by this component fault and notify the customer. Our engineers can quickly notify us if we need to recall the product for analysis or if a component replacement must be made immediately.
It is extremely rare for this to happen, as many component defects are detected in one of the tests we perform during production. However, there could be a passive component that behaves correctly in the tests but then fails for unknown reasons.
This provides you with extra security and makes it easier to meet requirements for quality, documentation, and aftermarket responsibility.
